Interesting Surfski Events in 2012 from Sweden and Scandinavia as well as the Oceanpaddler World Series (OWS). Races, Surfski camps and more surfski relates activities. 14 Janury Fenn Cup 2012

The Fenn Cup is the first race in the OWS 2012. It’s a 16 km race held in Sydney, Australia.

15 January The Duel Mandurah

Duel Mandurah is the second race in the OWS 2012. Held in Western Australia.

21 January The Doctor

The doctoris one of the most prestigious surfski races in the world. It is held at Rottnest, WA, Australia.

30 / 31 Mars King of the Harbour

King of the Harbour is the OWS race held in the harbour of Auckland, Nya Zealand.

21 / 22 April Defis Kayak

The fifth race in OWS 2012, Guadalupe, Caribbean

28 April Västkust Surfskiträff

Facebook group Västkust surfski is having a cool and relaxed surfski event at Fiskebäcksbadet in Göteborg, Sweden.

11 – 13 May Surfski Spring Camp 2012

The annual Surfski Spring Camp in Sweden is held at Barnens Ö north of Stockholm. Dawid Mocke will have clinics this year. Registration and information at Globalsurfski.com.

11 – 12 May Surfski seminar and the surfski race Jeløy Rundt 2012

For the second year in row a surfski seminar and a ocean race will be held at Jeløy, 60 km south from Oslo in Norway.

17 May Surfski Two Countries Race

Aterra is arranging a 14 km surfski race between Hornbeck in Denmark and Helsingborg in Sweden.

20 may Molokai

The Molokai is most prestigious surfski race during the year, held between in Hawaii, USA

June

8 – 10 June Surfski Camp Halmstad

Oskar Ahlgren is arranging a surfski camp in Halmstad on the Swedish Wescoast and one part of the camp is the ocean race, Tylön Runt.

The seventh race in the OWS 2012, Mauritius Ocean Classic, Mauritius

14 july Aterra Wave Challenge 2012

The annual Wavechallenge in Öresund between Viken and Helsingborg in Sweden, a 16 km downwind race.

27 july Arctic Sea Kayak Race

Arctic Sea Kayak Race is a part of the OWS 2012 in beautiful surroundings north of the arctic circle, in Skipnes, Vesterålen, Norway.
